How to Install a Rubber Speed Bump
Before ordering, measure the total width of the road or area where the speed bump will be placed. Leave a 50 cm clearance on both the right and left sides. Place the speed bump where it will be installed and mark the drilling points. Use a rotary hammer drill (Hilti) to drill into the surface. Then, position the speed bump and secure it with screws.
Specially designed asphalt screws and dowels should be used for installation. Rubber speed bumps can be installed on asphalt, concrete, or interlocking stone surfaces. For optimal durability and performance, ensure the surface is flat and free of debris like stones and mud.
