Crowd Control Barriers
What is an Accordion Barrier?
An Accordion Barrier is a versatile, portable safety solution for movable and fixed applications. Made from lightweight materials such as plastic or aluminum, it features interlocking modular sections that expand and contract in an accordion-style formation, allowing for easy deployment and storage.
Ideal for locations with high pedestrian and vehicle traffic, Accordion Barriers are commonly used to control access points, manage crowd flow, and delineate specific areas. Whether in busy public spaces, construction sites, or events, these barriers help separate lanes of traffic, designate safe zones, and ensure the smooth movement of people and vehicles.
The reflective surface of plastic accordion barriers enhances visibility at night, making them practical for use in low-light conditions. Their compact design means they occupy minimal space when not in use, and they can be quickly set up to create temporary barriers as needed.
The barrier's feet can be filled with sand or water to increase stability further, allowing for adjustable weight depending on environmental requirements. Additionally, multiple accordion barriers can be connected to form longer, continuous safety lines, making them ideal for creating more considerable, custom-sized barriers for various applications.
What is a Retractable Belt Barrier?
A Retractable Belt barrier is a product used to direct pedestrians indoors and outdoors. It consists of at least two posts and a rope or tape. In outdoor environments, belt barriers are usually made from weather-resistant materials such as plastic, PVC, or PPE, and the posts (such as cones, delineators, or posts) are connected using a plastic chain or safety tape, for indoor environments such as fairs, museums, or theatres, elegant guidance or protocol barriers are made by connecting posts made from chrome, brass, or stainless steel with stylish braided ropes or velvet cords. In places like banks, shopping malls, or schools, retractable belt barriers create an uninterrupted guidance chain with approximately 50 mm wide tape and mechanisms.
