Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
ARTICLE 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification or penalty within fourteen (14) days from delivering the product to themselves or the person/institution designated at the address provided. A written notification or a notification through a durable data carrier within this period is sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The Seller will refund the total amount received and return any documents that would place the Buyer under obligation, without any additional costs, within ten (10) days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice. The Seller will also collect the returned goods within twenty (20) days. The return shipping cost due to the withdrawal will be covered by the Buyer.
-
By Article 4 of Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué No. 385, the Buyer must complete the return section at the bottom of the invoice sent with the order, indicating their name, surname, address, product type, quantity, unit price, and total amount. The signed form must be returned along with the product.
-
If a product or service not ordered by the Buyer is delivered, unless used or consumed, the Seller cannot make any claims against the Buyer.
ARTICLE 7 - Products and Contracts Without the Right of Withdrawal

- Signalization Products
- Beacon Lights
- Wheel Stoppers
- Barriers
- All types of customized printed products
- Line Painting and Marking Services
- Radar Systems
7.4. Contracts related to audio/video recordings, software programs, and computer consumables, provided the packaging has been opened by the consumer.

7.6. Contracts for betting and lottery services.
7.7. Contracts for instant services or intangible goods delivered electronically.
ARTICLE 8 - Refund Procedure
8.1. If the purchase was made via credit card and in instalments:
In the event of withdrawal or inability to supply the ordered product, or if the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court decides in favour of the Buyer, the Seller will refund the total amount to the bank in a single payment. However, the bank will refund the customer in instalments corresponding to the original number.
For example, if the purchase was made in three instalments, the refund will be reflected on the card in three monthly payments. This refund process will continue until the instalments are paid before the refund is fully returned.
No cash refunds can be made directly by the Seller for products or services purchased with credit or debit cards. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this procedure.
8.2. If the purchase was made using cash on delivery, bank transfer, or EFT:
In this case, the refund will be made via bank transfer or EFT to the account specified by the Buyer, provided the account is in the name of the person listed on the invoice address.
